Does anyone know what torque settings the exhaust manifold studs are meant to be torqued to?

tight
had no problem in 4 years of being a mechanic just tightening them up tight.
Had the turbos of the 1JZ 5 times now just tightening them up and no probs.
You dont have to be as critical with them as say head bolts

These are the 2j specs, they should be the same as the 1j.
