Hi guys today I had the yellow engine light come on whilst I was driving. So when I got home I popped the bonnet and checked out if anything seemed out of place.
Now while doing so I could hear a buzzing noise coming from the (pollution box) well I think that's what it is. When I picked it up and moved it stopped then I put it back and it started again.
Mind you the car was turned off!

Does anyone have any ideas????

Now the box I'm talking about is on the passenger side in the engine bay in the corner.

I have never heard this before. Can we just remove this and plug the pipes up?

The yellow check engine light turned of after moving this around.

This may or may not be the problem that originally turned the light on.

Thanks in advance for the any advise.

Run some diagnostic checks.

That could be the carbon cannister that keeps fuel vapours from escaping. Normally sizzles a bit after turning the engine off.
