Just put hybrid C12a back on car and now it blows heaps of black smoke and fouls up the spark plugs , i think it is dumping too much fuel due to the turbos. Any suggestions and fixes recommended

Just putting on new turbo's shouldn't change the fueling

It smells like it is running very rich , that is the only change and the smoke has only started since i put them on. Maybe i should check the O2 sensor ?

Try Resetting the ECU by removing one of the battery terminals and check your MAP sensor is connected properly (sensor behind inlet manifold, attached to the firewall).
