Think he's asking how much work would it be to put stock US Supra Turbo's on a 1J, budget? and looks like he's chasing 450HP. Thats my guess.

custom dumps, run turbo's in parallel, pretty sure you can use the stock 1jz intake piping, cut and weld appropriate flanges onto manifold, use oil lines from 2jz.
