No, wheel bearings rumble, they don't squeak. Could be lots of things - maybe just the brake pads?

Been on any dirt roads or gravel driveways?
Sometimes it's just a bit of road dirt stuck in the pads.

i gave the brakes a big clean out the other day and its not them. can bearings get dry? as its a definate a constant squeek like a mouse almost or dry metal rubbing in a circle.

Jack it up and rotate the wheels. Might help narrow down where it's coming from.

You will need to jack it up with both rear wheels off the ground. Remove the wheels. The adjustment 'screw' is accessed through a small hole in the 'drum' component of the rear disc. Use a screwdriver to turn the star to tighten and loosen the handbrake (on each side of the car).

Noise could be as simple as part of the dust cover being bent down to rub on the brake rotor as well. Really you won't know until you get the car off the ground and have a good look.

Christmas is coming up- ask santa for a jack (AND a pair of wheel stands so you live til next christmas.)

It will likely be the brake pads down to the indicators, they are designed to squeak to let you know they need replacing.

Hey guys, my car is now doing the same thing from the back right, a high pitched squeak almost in a circular motion and starts after driving the car maybe 2mins... the thing is, the pads and rotors were all replaced 7 days ago?

Mine has been doing the same thing for a while now, new rotors and pads and the squeak is still there.

Took it down to Dylans and he told me rear wheel bearing, because the squeak turned into a rumble.

or your hub might be stuffed and seperated like mine was hey dylan. as dylan said , jack the back up on try and wobble the wheel from side to side. if there is movement it is time for some work.

wheel bearings. easy job if you know how to pack grease into a bearing and have access to a press :-)
