Yeah HB or HC I think, wasn't my cup of tea. Not really a big fan of the later cosmo's either. |

What tyres? How heavy is your car? - Has it been partially stripped? What suspension are you running? Have you modified your trans? What sort of track temp? Maybe then you might have some idea - I would guess it will net you a massive amount of wheelspin without considering the above. |

| look the thing is your not actually going to know until you try it, driving ability plays a bit role as well. I would guess for a ball park figure that it should be capable package to drop it into low 11s pretty easy, this might mean a partial strip though for the track. the biggest issue with jzz30s and motorsport is they are quite heavy :S |

| Will 440cc be enough for 300rwkw. Looking at getting some supra injectors. Do they fit straight in? Cheers |

| Nah, I think a 550cc injector will be at 90% for ~460hp at the fly. I am assuming ~ 17% drivetrain loss, and base pressure of 45psi. Some people like to increase base pressure to increase injector ability. |

| Just came across this thread. I've done this conversion for under 2k tuning included! I did all the fab work, etc myself. Running a cheap T70, cost me about 300 a few years ago and is still going strong 80,000+ kms later! Running a cheap ebay wastegate, pretty sure it's the same one you posted the link for James. Although I'd pay a bit more for a quality wastegate, I wouldn't hesitate to run a cheap T60/70 or GT30 type turbo. |
