if you can get in there drill a small hole at the end of the crack (make sure you clean it well and find the very end) to stop it going any further then bolt it back on

From a professional point of view,that housing is beyond repair, as it has cracked at the divider and should be thrown out. The crack will grow with heat and expansion and your tolerances will be out of whack to spool the turbo properly.
If you can't find a replacement, see how you go and run it till it stops.
