Hi All again...
Im having this weird problem, at cruising speed when the car is almost rolling (flat road) the acceleration is jerky, Im not sure if its the gearbox dropping back and forth gears or the acceleration itself. It also happens on cruise control.
Any ideas why this would be happening?

Transmission:
Lots of people have trouble if they use cheap dex3. Solution is expensive dex3 or toyota type 4. In my experience on my 1991 soarer box, expensive dex3 works fine, but other people have in the past explosively disagreed.
Either way, it takes more than 4L generally, so be prepared for about at least 50 dollars to do that.
Coil Packs: Check to see if they're cracked
Spark plug: Make sure they're not black, they could be not sparking if your fuel has been running rich for too long.
You probably want to give more details though, there's a few components to a car you know, and almost all of them contribute to moving the car forward.

Hi Guys thanks for the input... OK after another week of driving, its seems to be transmission, its seems to be switching between 4 and 5 gear in the automatic transmission at a no-load cruise. Does this sound familiar to anyone at all? its really annoying..

The change should hardly be noticeable though. Converter lockup tends to happen around 60kph at normal driving, it will turn on/off at slight load variations caused by small undulations in the road. Get away from 60 kph though, and it tends to need throttle activity to switch.
