You'll need at least 12 litres for a flush. Box hold about 8.4 litres from memory. You'll only get a little under 2 litres out of the sump, the rest will be in the torque converter and pump - best thing to do is disconnect the upper cooler line, start the engine, let it pump about 2 litres into a bucket, then stop the engine and top up with fresh fluid - repeat until fluid coming out of the cooler line is clean.

Yep, What Matthew said. Full flush will need 12L or so, and you'll want to do this if changing to a different brand/type of fluid (ie. mineral to synthetic)
