Hi guys I drove into town today and parked my car and left it for 6 hours, when I returned to start it, it struggled to start and was coughing and spluttering, it was pretty much pumping raw fuel out the exhaust. It came good after 30 sec, it has got me stumped the only thing I could think of was a leaking injector? What are your thoughts?

sounds to me as tho coils might not have had enough juice get to them to fire with strength for a few seconds before the alternator picked up the slack..

Ok so the car is still doing the same thing every now and then. When I start the car it will run fine for 30 seconds then start coughing and miss firing, it was blowing a slight white smoke out the exhaust and there was two puddles of raw fuel on the ground any people with the same experience on here help would be great

Think you'll find the puddles are condensate from the fuel combustion process blowing out the exhaust after it has settled in the pipe and muffler and before the pipe gets hot, it will just smell like fuel. The white smoke could also potentially be condensate as steam. Probably not too much to worry about. You could try putting a match to the puddles once you move the car but I'll bet it won't burn.

Done it again last night, I drove to a mates and left the car off for 20min then started it, ran for 1min then started missfiring and I tried to get the revs up to stop it from stalling and it was blowing white smoke so much and would not stop, but when I turned the car off and started it again it was fine no smoke. This is really doing my head in guys what can I do???????
