Hi there,

I'm looking to connect a water temp sensor attachment to the soarer water hose (such as this one: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Hot-Water-Temp-Gauge-Radiator-Adapter-Hose-Sensor-Attachment-Aluminum-36M M-Blue-/130743646579?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e70edb973&_uhb=1 )

Was wondering if anyone knew what the right size to purchase would be (hose width)?

The car is a UZZ31 if that makes a difference...

THanks Aaron. I saw your thread but it didn't have a size in it :-) So how sure are you it's a 38mm? Sorry to ask but don't want to buy the wrong attachment...and I don't have the car to go measure it myself :-(

Yeah mate I got a 38mm adaptor for the upper radiator hose. Fits perfect. 36 would fit but need to clamp hose more to suit smaller adaptor and would slightly reduce size of upper hose and ever so slightly reduce flow

No worries mate. Remember if you run of them you need to run a wire from it to earth if its an electrical gauge. If mechanical can be left as is

Yeah no probs. it comes with an earth wire screw so should be easy enough...
