Hi, could only find upgrades for the V8 model but I am setting my 1jzgte auto up for drift and want to see if anyone else has done this and what paths do they recommend I take?
I realize auto out manual in but exhaust and suspension upgrades ie brands or systems, also, what simple upgrades i can make to gain more power

ahh...there is tonnes of upgrades for soarers, whiteline do all the sway bars, fulcrum do tien suspension, exhausts are always custom though (not worth buying aftermarket bolt ons).

you got money to burn, or doing it on a budget?
Budget...work on getting air in and exhaust out by better flowing exhaust, open the airbox(BFI), bigger front mounted intercooler(FMIC). For a bit more cash, you can either spend big on parts for above, or put a piggy back computer on it to tune for more power.
Money is no problem...stand alone management, high flow/big single turbos, injectors, cams, etc.
Suspension: coilovers, bushes, sway bars, tyres...all the usual stuff. Supra suspension upgrades generally bolt straight in.
Have a look at our threads in the track car section for ideas on what can be done to go fast on the track. There are drift cars, circuit cars, and strip cars in there.

is the car purely track? or driven normally with some drift stickers on the side
3" exhaust + dumps seems to be the norms, the stock exhaust is fairly restrictive.
will need bigger intercooler
anything over 14psi of boost (stock is 10psi) and you'll hit fuel cut on the stock ecu, so you'll need something to over come this, either a fuel cut defender or an after market ecu
start weight stripping everything out of the car
the stock internals are normally good for 300Kw of power so i wouldn't worry to much about upgrading them.
but like i said, i'd start with a decent exhaust (including dump pipes as the stock ones are really restrictive) and intake, up the boost a bit and your heading in the right direction, getting alot of the excess weight out of the car will help tons as well.
i'm not up to speed with decent suspension so i'm not really going to comment on that
