So here we go i've finally started making this up.
Just done the rear half of the manifold. I want to make this manifold as compact as possible to allow for plenty of room to make sure i can squeeze in 2 external gates and a large dump pipe.
This is where the small turbo sits as far forward and as low as possible to leave plenty of room for the gt45.
I'm very excited a out this setup.. should be a blast! Its going to take me a while, i'm making 2 sets as i go so doubling up on everything. I'll update as i progress...

i'm thinking the gt45 will need to be a single entry exhaust housing for best results, as it robs a little flow and power putting a single flow(i.e. the exhaust from the small turbo) into a twin entry flange. Pay special attention to oil feed and return pipes mate. I'm having clearance issues with the kit i am currently installing.

Cheers Blake will do. Although i must say this feels like there is a lot more room underneath with only really having one 4.5inch or larger dump pipe. I'll see if i still feel that way when i got the gate on this manifold and plumbed back in. Seems simple so far though.

Got some more progress pics. I'm going to try this small turbo on my second soarer to see how response is and see if i can get a bit of a feel for when power starts to drop off.
I think when i get the gt45 i may try that by itself as well to see when that spools. I have been reading up on compound setups and apparently the small turbo spools the large one up 1500-2000rpm earlier. So i'd like to be able to confirm that for myself. so have lots to do but having fun doing it!
