How do I tell the difference between the original 1JzGTE injectors 240cc and the 2JZGTE 440cc injectors,
I just got some injectors I purchased used off Ebay but comparing the holes the gas comes out of the 440cc actually looks smaller than the 240cc, is there a way to really know the difference as I just want to be sure i got the right thing

the 1jzgte injectors are actually 380cc . they are yellow. The 2jzgte injectors are grayish with a hint of purple from memory. both of them have dense part numbers on them. what numbers do your 2jzgte ones have?

On one side it see A5600 and on the other side its 17130, While we are on the topic I was told that these are direct replacement for my 1JZGTE ones is this really so and will i have an issue with the fuel mixture at open loop cycle? I know I will need to get the car tuned for boosting but for regular driving until then is my concern.

ok so I found this website with all the info I am looking for, http://www.paulr33.com/powerfc-faq/inj_side-en.htm so they are actually 430cc not 440cc as I was told, not much of a difference i guess so my ecu shouldn't have much issue with mapping the fuel for that, from 380cc to 430cc feel like a waste of money, hope they will flow enough to alow me to run 18 psi boost

they are as big as you want to go without tuning. they will be plenty big enough for 18 psi on stock turbos. They actually supply enough fuel to run rich (11.3:1 air fuel ratio) at 18 psi on my 1jzgte when i had 2jzgte turbos on it. when you first start, it will idle rich, but pull the green EFI fuse for 30 secs, then replace, and drive it for a couple of hours and the computer will adjust at idle and light throttle. At wide open throttle it will just throw in the extra 13% fuel, so extra boost will use some of that extra fuel. Problem is, how do you intend to bypass the factory boost cut at 14psi, so you can run 18psi?

by the way, those numbers on your injectors are all wrong. I just checked my 2jzgte 430cc one, they are plain grey in colour, and have "denso 23250-46040" on them.

Yes, I had posted the wrong numbers as i still had the injectors in the rail, i found the correct numbers after, also i am not running the CT12 twin setup anymore , I am now running a single manifold setup with a Borgwarner turbo, I bought the turbo used so unless someone can look at the info on the turbo and tell me which one it is I don't know, the guy that had it before had it on a 1jz as well with no internal modification to the motor and made 450HP to the wheels at 18psi the back housing was a 91 twin scroll and his boost would not come on until 5000 rpm I took it to a machine shop and had them port the back housing off my old 63 , so this new setup starts to spool at 3500 and full at 4000,based on info I found here https://turbodaves.com/S300SX_Series.html it what i think it is
S300SX3-60mm
Turbo Specs: Compressor Inlet - 4 Inch Compressor Wheel Inducer/Exducer - 60 x 84mm with ETT Turbine Wheel Inducer/Exducer - 76 x 68mm Turbine Inlet - T-4 Divided Turbine Outlet - 4 Inch V-Band Turbine A/R - .91

Injectors and turbo installed, car tuned at only 14psi and made 280hp, the tuner told me not to turn up the boost until I am sure what is going on as the emanage sensor said i was running 18psi but my manual gauge said 14psi, has anyone seen the emanage sensor do this kinda thing before? do I need to replace the sensor or there is something else I can do to fix the issue. I was very disappointed as I was looking for something close to 400HP.
