Got a blue smoke coming out from the exhaust. This doesn't happen on cold start and only visible after 20 minute drive while at low/idle, nothing on boost. I don't think it's turbo as they were rebuilt 10k ago, not valves as head is reco.what I do suspect however is cam cover baffle, when I painted the cam covers I had to remove the baffle, and didn't put any silastic back on. Hence my question, has anyone had the same happen to them? I am guessing under vaccum oil from the head is drawn through the unsealed gaps in the baffle and goes into the intake/turbo inlet and hence blue smoke (only when warmed up as baffle gaps increase)

Hi Oleg,
Could I suppose be the baffles in the cam cover, but did you paint them & the smoke start next time you drove it or sometime later ??
Also if you wanted to isolate the breather, take the PCV line off the cam cover & put some filter sock over both the PCV valve & the cam cover hole & drive it for some days like that with it not connected & see how it goes ..
