I know this has been covered many many many times, but I feel like my case is pretty unique as I have tried almost everything!

Symptom:
On WOT car hesitates above 4000-4500 RPM, on the boost gauge it happens around 15-16 psi, if you hold the pedal you can sort of power through it but feels like boost cut (although its not).

Mods: FMIC,HKS FCD, Apexi AVCR, Steel turbines, 3" exhaust, 4" dump, walbro pump 255lph.

Tried: New coils, New coil plugs, .7 gap sparkplugs (new), FP B+ bridge, ECU reset, ECU diagnostic-clean, ECU inspection- no leaking caps. AFR is good upto the point of hesitation.

Still to try: New fuel filter going in once I use up the fuel, apart from that I dont know what else to try?

Have you done the obvious, check vaccuum lines and injectors?

Yup... Turns out it's actually boost cut, it just doesn't show the typical "engine electrical warning"
