My TT has a very fast start up idle speed, about 1800 revs and then after a little while, as per normal warm up, it drops back to about 6 or 700rpm, no worries.
BUT
If I have the air con on it goes over 2000 revs on start up and only drops back to about 1100 after it warms up.

Can someone tell me what is wrong and how to adjust this?
If I sit at the lights with the air con on then 1100 is a bit high to allow it to rev. I am sure all would agree. It has been like this since I bought the car.

By the way, I love the car. Just figuring out whether to have it as an auto or stay with the manual. Haven't decided yet.
