hey guys i have a soarer 94 converted to a single turbo, the past few days i hav noticed that it has been blowing alot of oil smoke under boost only after has been on boost for a couple of seconds. i was wondering if this is usually a ring problem or maybe a turbo seal gone?? but alot of smoke, none on start up so i dont think it is valve stem seals?? any help would b appreciated as im not in the mood at the moment to take the turbo off hahaha

i pulled the intercooler pipe off this morning and absolutely no sign of any oil bein there so i guess im either getting a ring leak or more likely the turbo oil seal on exhaust side which makes sense as only doin it when on boost for few seconds which will heat up exhaust side and burn oil off.. so looks like im doin a compression test for rings and then pullin turbo off..
