Hey all,

I searched and searched and could only find UZ part numbers for basic stuff like filters.

Im after the Genuine Toyota filters for the 1jz engine. Preferably the Japanese version if one exists (i.e. the comparo between American TRD filters and Japanese TRD filters. Or the comparo between the two different V8 filters) Im looking for the following stuff:

*Oil filter
*Fuel filter
*Transmission filter kit (or if somone knows better stuff for a MV Shift Kitted trans, maybe Ill just ring Mike and ask him?)
*Trans Fluid
*Thermostat

Any help appreciated, i dont imagine you guys have these things lying around eh?

Cheers

Aaron

1JZ bits:

* Oil filter - Go ask your local Toyota dealer for a filter for a 1996 Vienta. Same part.
* Transmission filter - Item is a hard wearing steel mesh, just needs a quick wash if any and replacement.

* Fuel filter - Ryco Z383 from my very hazy memory. I'm sure Neil will pipe up and correct me if it's wrong

By the way, these are all well covered items, findable by using the search button above.

V8 Soarers use A341E
TT Soarers use A340E

A341E has 4 solenoids, A340E has 3

V8 Soarer uses Toyota Type 4 fluid (Unless fitted with modified valve body, then dexron III can be used) .

6 Cyl. Soarers use Dexron III
