Does anyone have any ideas whats wrong? I've Just connected a HDI electronic two stage boost controller to my TT. I'm absolutely sure i've done it right ("boost in" port of solenoid to the two compressor housings and the other port to the two actuators) But now when cruising at 110km/h it sits at about 3000rpm whereas it use to sit at 2000rpm, feels like overdrive is off.

I have never known any form of boost controller(whether working or not) to affect Road Speeds vs RPM before. Are you sure you havent bumped or broken any wiring that runs to your overdrive switch>? Is your car shifting through all the gears? Sounds like it may be going into Limp Mode(3rd gear only). I think these cars have this function in them.

That's a good point Daniel, as I did take off the gear knob to install the launcher style switch. it doesn't have the "o/d off" light going tho. It shifts through gears fine and when I first noticed I took o/d off and it jumped down a gear.

For a TT auto to do 110km at 2000rpm the diff would have to be 3.2:1 ....supra diff maybe?

Is there a quick way to check?
Write down some numbers such as speed in 1st gear and rpm and speed in 2nd gear and rpm etc and i should be able to tell you what ratio diff you have thanx to something Manny put together.
I got about 2300-2400 @100 k's on the freeway last night... stuff like that probably varies on the wind resistance and so on... can't compare it literally.

AFAIK wind resistance would only affect the amount of throttle required to get to the 100kms. The amount of revs is directly related to the gear in which the gear box is in (torque converter lock up), the diff ratio and the tyre size. If you both have the same cars (gearbox & diff ratio) then it would most likely be the different tyre sizes that are giving different results. Ie. I am currently on 225/60 15’s that are 25.6” tall and I want taller gearing so I am going to 225/70 15’s which are 27.5” tall. This change increases my top speed in 3rd gear by about 20mph
