wow there is a hell of a lot of work in those pipes. looks like a jumble of spaghetti but there is probably a lot more reasoning behind it than most of us could appreciate.

WOW !!
That is some GOOD replying people.
Yeh after i posted it i thought about the work gone into this Manifold, but it still looks like ass to me. NOT saying that it doesnt work nicely.
Well i just threw it out there to get some feedback, as mentioned im not making a bid or anythin, but if people find these things its nice to show em to others incase its JUST what people are chasing.

Richard as Muzz said there are a lot of manifolds out there that are using the lower grade stainless (304) and it does last a little while the better grades are the 321 and 409 the 409 is just about mild steel but can be polished to shine like stainless the polishing only lasts until you run the car on a dyno a couple of times and then turns gray anyway.
i will have some 321 stainless manifolds comming soon the sample has been sent VIA ems last friday so it should turn up next week then if it is to my liking then another 19 will be shipped out to me i will post a pic when i am happy with the results

shane - how much does he do them up for?? these are for a big single right?? i may be in the market for a conversion sometime in the next 12 months...probly going to the ford xr6 turbo (garret t-whichever)...just looking to price up some manifold options so i can start to budget...

Doesn't the XR6 run a GT40? If so, that's a really big turbo for a 2.5L motor. Get ready for "nothing.. nothing.. nothing.. wait for it.. 25psi.. sideways.. tree"

hmmm...really that laggy?? i didnt think it would be toooooooooo bad......a bit of fun, yes, but not that harsh.
well, anyways, the single conversion is gonna end up being done, maybe not with the gt40 tho...so the question still stands regarding the pricing of these manifolds?

Well I am about to see what a Precision Turbo GT40-67 .81 a/r will do on the 2.5l....
I expect boost to be on between 4 and 4.5k... the gt3040 that I have on it now is up and running at 4k.
Will see soon enough though, she goes on next Tues.
It will be set up for a low boost of 1.2 bar at the moment until I sort out the Auto box to handle the extra power, then I will wind the boost up a bit and see where I stand.
