Just a quick question

What would be more likely cracked block/head or blown head gasket. I get a fine white mist on the oil filler cap on my 1JZ

Cracked head and blown head much and much the same. If you cracking the block is highly unlikely as opposed to doing the head gasket.

So your saying at this point the best option is changing the head gasket and see how it go's.

or change the oil every 5000 km's which seems to work out at about every 6 weeks for me, dunno if this is a good or bad thing. I get to drive heaps but get lost of Km's on my car, either way its fun
