OooooooooK, I'll take that as a 'YES' then. So if I floor it to overtake for example, I won't have to be concerned about misjudging my pass time because of the power robbed by the air con. Thank you Jan and Neil, I'll include you in my insurance contract.

Looking at that diagram, ACMG needs to be earthed to engage the compressor clutch. So is A/C a +12v input from the climate unit? or is it an earth input from the climate unit? Which inturn will internally earth ACMG and engage the clutch.

Hmmm, earth the input, damn. My A/C switch is a +12v output (like most switches that directly engage the compressor).
Oh well, relay time I guess.
And Richard, a couple more what? Thats a US Spec ecu diagram that I've modded to suit my UZZ30 harness and how I've wired it in. There is also an _1.gif
