My Soarer is coming up to 201,000km on the clock, so I am taking it in for a service at the beginning of next month to an unofficial Toyota place, so I don't get clocked with an astronomical bill at the end of it. I'm confident the guys I'm taking it to will probably do an even better job anyway as they specialise on race-tuning the Toyota V8 and so know these engines very well, but I'd still like to have a good idea of what to mention, or specific things to ask to have replaced when it's there.
I'm definitely getting the cambelt replaced even though there is a possibility this was done at 150,000km (previous owner), as well as water pump as apparently that's the done thing. The guy has already mentioned a list of things that will get done, but is there anything extra that should be done which isn't done at 100,000km?
