After many months of replacing bearings, tensioner and serpentine belt I have finally got rid of my squeaking.
As none of the aforementioned items fixed the problem, I took the belt off and cleaned it and all the surfaces it comes in contact with and found they all had a thin film of gunk on them. So with this removed, no more squeaking.
I could have saved myself a lot of grief, not to mention money had I chosen the easy path first.
