This is probably a really Dumb question but humor me...

I was checking the tension on the serpentine belt for the first time...and this pulley moves by about 5mm or more when you pull or push on the belt to check tension

is this supposed to happen??? Never has on any car I've had before...

(this is where I look really stupid : P)
