Had a Problem since my car was complied in Feb.
When I drove it home from Melb to Syd the right cat started to leak from the exhaust manifold and the cat, plus one of the bolts did not get done up correctly and vibrated loose all the way home. They took out the Toyota cat and replaced with a new one (looks like a Car Sound item), but they have no grooves for the stock Toyota gasket, and the gaskets it came with you cant buy anywhere.
The gaskets have been slowly leaking, and starting to get on my nerves. So I cut my own gaskets from perforated aluminium, and cut it to fit the Toyota gasket. Got some high temp exhaust goo, put the Toyota gasket in side the aluminium gaskets and squeezed it together. Then I bolted it back on, and let it dry, started it and now it's as quiet as a mouse. They change the cats when it gets complied and stuff it up more as both mine were leaking from the crappy gaskets used on compliance.
