Just go to Bunnings/Hardware shop mate its nothing special just a washer not car specific just size.

Natasha, you would be better off going to a 'Repco' style of automotive parts outlet or your genuine Toyota parts dealer.
The specific drain plug washer you require is normally of an oil-resistant, fibrous/gasket compound designed to fit snugly onto the sump plug and into the recess on the sump. (without splitting when correctly tensioned)

My local sci-fleet toyota give me a washer whenever I buy an oil filter..

It might be a toyota wide thing? The filter is about $20

Yes, I always get one when I get my filter from Toyota - I think they do charge me for it, something like $0.88.
