Hello everybody!
Tonight I opened the hood and almost had a heart attack. It was steam (smells like steam) from the radiator area. The part of inside surface of hood was wet and it was liquid (looks like rusty water) almost everywhere around the radiator. I added water to coolant and fan tanks. Let it get cooled. Start the engine, - the same steam from the bottom of radiator and looks like under battery. What is it? Is it safe to drive?

Not if the crack is in the top tank, though you will lose some.
Until you get it fixed, try driving with the radiator cap just on the first stop. That way pressure buildup may escape past the cap rather then squirting fluid out. This is NOT a substitute for getting it fixed though.
Go to a radiator shop, they should be able to tell you the exact problem very quickly.
