I AM DOING AN ENGINE SWAP ON ACTIVE SOARER AND I WAS WONDERING IF A CELSIOR 1UZ-FE WILL FIT IN. I HEARD YOU HAVE TO CHANGE OVER THE SUMP AND ENGINE MOUNTS IS THAT IT OR IS THEIR MORE.

Jethro, there is a lot more;
you also need to remove the aluminium bracket/cover plate that supports hydraulic pump, air conditioning (you will also have to remove the harmonic balancer pulley etc etc)
You will have to modify (from memory) parts of the sump by grinding off some metal. (While you have the front of the motor stripped down this far, it would be wise(damn near recommended) to change timing belt and water pump)

cant he just use the sump of his 32 and get a seal kit for it?

Probably, it's been a while since I've mucked around with that changeover. Best chance is to have both motors side-by-side and compare. Hard to explain via forum. There are differences!!!!
