1991 v8 soarer, both my tail light on both side are not working its just 1 on each side that are not working the other two are , could it be a fault or if not how much are the globes and where can i buy some second hand

Not worth buying second hand bulbs, they are just standard $5 globes.

Only way to check is remove the bulbs and check them out.

You say both sides have one globe not working for the tail lights?

The 91 model rear lights consist of 2 reverse lights, 2 tail / brake combo lights and 2 brake only lights on the bottom and 6 indicators on the top.

If your seeing the outer most lights only for tail lights then that is perfectly normal as the 2 inner lights are brake only.
