In my early 1uz, I have a nice billet aluminium fuel rail, looks pretty cool. In my later 1995+ 1uz, I have a cast alloy fuel rail...

Which is better?
Can one handle more horsepower than another?
Are they the same, but one just looks better or what?

depends if they are just the same id and also if they have dual feed.

billet fuel rail would hold more rail psi than cast

billet - machined from a solid block of alloy
cast - liquid formed can cause casting imperfections "rough surface"

stage 1 head port and polish only takes the casting "rough surface" and imperfections away

2cents - only cosmetic and only need changing if you are going to do some massive rail psi "25+psi supercharging"

Both pretty similar items from what I can tell... both stock on different year models of SC400
