while driving I notice that when i take my foot of the pedal the car would slow down quickly without even braking. once i let it of the car slows down too quickly. this never happened to me before and it feels kinda scary driving at high speed especially when i let my foot of the gas the car slows down to quick. even when coming to a stop the car jerks a little. some other problems i may include is that my car randomly loops from 1500-2000 rpm. happens sometimes and it's anoyying. and because of the high idle/rpm the car accelerates by itself as well, im guessing?? help please is my ecu retarted??

Check your cable from the gas pedal to the TPS, it might be a bit tight as I have noticed that when playing around with it but I would say it is most likely your brakes or ECU.

I am saying the cable not the TPS, could be a problem in the cable being too tight.

The brakes could be slightly locked on causing the quick decrease in speed.

To be honest it sounds like it could be several different things but I would not be able to tell you unless I drove your car and then I would try look for the problem from there.

Get the car to a good shop let them check it out/ or you can jack the car up & try spin the wheels if there tight/hard to turn with hands it's your brakes binding.

After a drive, feel if the centres of the wheels feel hot.
