Hi guys, buying TT brakes for my UZZ31. First off is there anything I need to know to put them on?
Secondly does anything need to be modified and should I also get the rear guards for the rotors to fit into?
Finally should I get braided lines or leave standard? Cheers.

You are going to have to cut off the front rotor shield and that's about it.

the rear brakes are different and have not looked into upgrading them to TT.

Take the whole rotor shield off? Can't I just put a TT shield on in replacement?

Worth getting the braided lines?

Changing the shield is a bit of a job. Most people just cut the old ones off.

A lot of people report better feel and power after fitting braided lines. I didn't notice much difference when I fitted mine, it probably depends on the condition of the lines. The cars are also 5 years older than when fitted mine, so probably more would notice an improvement.

i have braided lines and i just feel a bit better grab on the initial braking. in other words not as spongy bit stiffer feel which i like.
alot of people take the stone shield off as allows more airflow to help cool the rotor down if you do alot of harder driving. just has more chance of getting small rock in there and making a squealing noise
