It's not new issue but I'm just wondering whether it's serious issue or not.

I get quite harsh fuel cut after fuel tank warning sign comes on. It only happens when I do hard start (or accelerating), it doesn't happen when I gradually & smoothly accelerate and when the warning sign is not on.

It's almost like Ironman pulling my car from behind, not like just subtle stuttering.

Is it normal ? I feel like there is air leakage in fuel line when it goes empty ?

Yeah that is normal when your that low on fuel and it will get more noticeable longer you go without fuel to when you completely run outta fuel.

It's there to protect the engine and etc.

The cause of this is when you accelerate hard the small amount of fuel in the tank rushes to the back of tank and that leaves the fuel uptake pipe exposed to air and then you have lose of fuel pressure, the fuel pressure returns when the fuel levels out again.
