Well car is back on the road so looking forward to the bfi. James I'll give you my number so if Sunday is good to go message me on 0401-312-123 with your address.
Any you boys keen on changing interior bulbs and parkers to led I could get us led bulbs if anyone wants them. Oh and if you boys want the lower bumper light (turning lights) to act as "fog lights" I can hook it up for you take 5 mins per side.

I'm still looking for HID kit, I tried that guy from Firesport but his number doesn't even work and I left him an email but nothing after 2 weeks. IF you know where I can get a kid for no more than $150 let me know on the day

Ok guys, im just waiting on a couple more quotes for the plastic, hopefully they come in the next couple of days, $130 is the maximum, but that’s a massive sheet, so im looking for smaller one now, hope I can find some. I think max $50 for a full bfi? Im trying to get that down.
And Richard man, that’s a great idea, I was going to do this since the 97 lights are so expensive.

Ohh, if either of you guys wants to make it out of Colorflute (that corrogated sign plastic) then you should be able to do the whole thing for $10. But I want to be able to bolt mine down.

Dan I agree 97 foggies are a joke, so I just hooked up LEDs to the turning lights and ran extra wires, they turn on with the parkers which looks sweet driving at dusk or in the city.
Ken you might want to try these guys I've delt with them before and I think they have a number of differnt quallity ones at different prices drop them an email. Oh and if I remember correctly it's over night delivery I think they are based in Sydney. http://www.arcoimports.com/index.html.

Ok guys, this is the best quote Ive found, just for plastic it will come to $30.00 each for Richard, Ken, and I, and $10.00 for you James. This is just enough for us to make everything.

Sorry for the constant post haha two questions what type of plastic did you order and do you reckon I should bring a hair dryer (lol) so we can mold the peice under the headlight?

I'd rather stage 1. Big square cut up and apparently more effective than the other 3. I want the BFI done properly so the foam would do good I'd say. I have no arguments

Im making a BFI3.5, big square cutout, flat under headlight, sealing drivers side of nose intake, & having two exits in the system for crap/bugs to be pushed out of.
Richard; I made a quick list a few posts up on what we need. bolts, scrivets/xmas trees, U rubber & foam.
If you like we can go shopping on the day, so we can make sure we buy enough?

Very nice (almost jizzed in my pant haha). Yeah shopping on the day sounds good. I reckon seeing we got 4 bfi to make and a couple of thing to help each other out with should we make it an early start down towards Geelong (meet up at 5-6 am be in Geelong at around 7-7:30) or am I a little to crazy? that way we can take our time and not run out of daylight
