Cool.
Looking at the ECU wiring last night, the dash speedo, ABS and traction, rpm, AC, and all the auto bits are all handled by the main ECU so there will be quite a bit of wiring to get most common functions working again.

Have you gone manual James?
No but I plan on it as the next thing I will do to my car. I still use the stock ECU as the Megasquirt is a piggy back ECU.
As I use my car at the track a manual box is obviously a need so I don't know when I will get it but I will just have to save my money. Kind of think I should join the track and major rebuild section....

finally got my apexi RSM II fitted and working like a charm was a bit fiddly but I would recommend using the Japanese instructions and finding a friendly Japanese person to translate. the install is basically the same the setup on the new generation RSM is slightly different but all in all happy with it for now speed cut is defeated and speedeo is able to be corrected for tire size difference. just waiting for my friend to finish translating the manual to see what other tricks the RSM has up it's sleeve.
