After spending mucho dinero It appears that reason my V8 wont start is that injectors not pulsing. Has anyone experienced a similar problem and if so how was problem fixed?

It could be the main ECU. Failed capacitors can cause the injectors to just stay open - happened to me.

I just had main ECU rebuilt (allegedly) by computer guy to address problem of not starting. Car still will not start
. Is there any test to confirm if capacitors in ECU are fully functional?

swap the ecu into a running car is about the only way to test it.

i would suggest you pop an injector plug off and check there is power at one of the pin's with the ignition on.

also check you have spark, if you don't it might be a cam/crank trigger issue

Thank you guys for your input.
I have spark.

I also have had crank handle sensor replaced.
I am now having serious doubts that main ECU was rebuilt. Could you tell me where it is located in car to allow me to check if it has been touched? thanks heaps
