aha oh my bad, only starts for a second when the side coil is connected n just turns over when the top coil is connected . Anyone have a ruff idea of how many ohms the lead from the coil to the disti ?

thats ok, wes to get anywhere you need to go back to an earlier post where i offered an order for checking things. you need to work thru it (in sequence) and you will find the problem. It is all about slowly illiminating things in a logical order.

It was a joke. aha I plan on changing the other one aswell while I'm at it. with the serpentine belt, it doesn't have to be lined up or anything, like timing wise does it??

Why are you removing the serpentine belt, no, no timing there, and no cogs. If you're inclined!!you can remove it in 5 Sec, release tension on tension roller. Replacing may take longer if you haven't noted where it all goes!!

Sorry again guys but now my car isn't starting its just turning over n seems to be shooting exhaust I think n sometimes flames or the intake n vacuum hose?
