I just purchased these NGK Iridium plugs of Ebay, $80 approx from UK. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/290595380156?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_1261wt _813
Compared to my local Sprint auto parts store, $27 each, what a bargain.
Now the idle is sitting around 1100 when cold, dropping to around 900 when warmed up. So is a trip to my local CMI service centre the only way to get the idle back down???

Wish I thought of this haha. Although I got them at sale price at sprints 2 months ago as I'm good friends with one of the guys there and it only cost me $129 for the set :-)

I'm doing an order now from America and they have them for $60 a set of 8 :-)
I'd try ecu reset to see if it sorts your idle mate

Just a heads up guys....Glad to hear you had no problem! I brought a set of NGK iridiums from overseas, all was good, but one of the plugs was cracked when i got them, so i brought another 1 locally, but....turns out 2 or 3 others had ultra fine fractures as well....head aches galore untill I got a whole new set locally.

That is beyond pure bad luck... Could it be put down to postal damage??? Maybe package was dropped along the line of handling. I could understand 1 being faulty, but no way could you be unlucky enough to get a few in 1 box that had fractures without some sort of human handling error... Was the packaging intact???

Thats exactly it Dave, postal damage, could of been dropped, thrown, or had a bigger heavier box thrown on top in the sorting cages. Either way, it sucked, and it is a good possibility to be aware of.
