Ok, no-one laugh.
With a couple of days on my hands i have being tackling lots of little jobs, fitting rear spoiler camera, front and rear parking sensors, BFI3, replaced boot struts, repaired steering wheel leather, greased window runners.
Today put everything back together with a satisfied smile, then i turned around and saw these on the garage shelf......only these nothing else!
Thing is i cannot remember what i removed them from, and everything looks ok.
Most screws on the car are 10mm hexagonal , so these are different, does anyone recognise them?

These are differently the ones for front bar. Goes under rubber strip on front bonnet edge. Swap them over and show us the bolts you have there as they shouldn't be the hex ones

I thought the same Daniel when i found them so tried to swap them around but they were struggling to go in, 5 screws extra also same as the number in the front bar.
so i re-checked this photo, this is a photo from this site on how to remove the bumper

I still have the front bumper off, I agree with Michael, I still have the same screws sitting with the rubber seal and metal strip. I had to run a thread tap through the support frame nuts to be able to screw them back in. Intend to replace them with stainless screws. Which year is the bumper from? My new bumper is 1997.

Yeah ive got 2 soarer runners and a parts car I originally had.to remove them with a impact driver. I cleaned mine with a wire brush then grabbed a hex bolt and ran that through with antiseize as I didn't have the right tap. And they go in and out with eaze now.
