I just gave the 91 32 a full interior clean, took out the seats, boot liner, carpets out etc. did a clean of everything inside and out, including unplugging all main harnesses and plugging back in, just incase there was a Bit of crud on the pins or something wasnt in properly, main ones i did was suspension computer, fuel pump control, and all little bits and pieces (didnt touch the engine ecu, but inspected it with the smt6 piggyback.
So first time i fired it up, idle would stay at 1500rpm, and absolutly no power till 3100rpm, it would take 4-6 secs to go from 0-40, but massive power above that (takes 4-6 secs to get from 150-180 (on my private road)
And no matter what i do it wont idle below 1300rpm, tried disconnecting the maf and also done a comprehensive search with no result
I expect it to be electrical, as i havent really done anything under the engine bay, except the battery disconnect and all the fuse pulls trying to reset it, i did clean the iacv a few times and swapped with my other 32's iacv, so that is all good, was running increadibly well before i unplugged and plugged everything.
If anything, i would put it down to fuel pump ecu, it has a constant flow of fuel (even at idle) until 3000rpm, then activates the 12v fuel boost.
Any ideas? Done alot of full resets, no engine errors, and nothing has changed at all under the bonnet mechanically

When TPS Is set wrong, I believe car will rev too high, sitting somewhere on 1500rpm or so - then NEVER give you full power. When your foot is fully down, the TPS thinks it is only 3/4 down, instead of all the way - thus you never get full power.
TPS has 2 screws. Undo 1 and try rotating the TPS clockwise til the car idles at 900-1000rpm in park/neutral (or less). Anti clockwise may work also. One way lowers revs, other way raises em.
