ok. so occassionally, and i dont know why. the car decides stall and refuses to restart. i get error code 15 when i run the diagnostics, but ive replaced the leads, the coil pack checked and swapped all the spark plugs around, replaced the rotors, replaced the distrubutor, had the ecu recapped, and swapped the ignitors over. i dont know what else is in the ignition system so any help would be greatly appreciated by me, and might save me from torching the car. lol. please help!!
When you say it stalls, are you driving at the time it stalls? Or are you stationary? Is the car cold? or at running temperature?
When you try to re-start, is it trying to crank over? Or is it totally dead?
I recently had an issue where the car would start and all of the sudden it would immediately stall. Re-started, but as soon as you took the foot of the accelerator, it would stall. Found out it was a stuck IACV. Gave it a good clean and running fine now.

ive just been speaking to the guy who has the car (he got it a couple of days ago) and at the moment its just on a cold start. he did need to give it a bit of gas to get it started, and once running, was running like a dream, so very suspicious of iacv. It was cutting the other day once it warmed up on one ignition bank, but we put that down to a busted coil lead (lead was almost in half, but taped up, grrr), and there was a stereo wire the previous owner just chopped and was earthing straight from the battery!!! haha
