I'd like that 5 litre v12 out of the century with twin throttles. Its not the most powerful motor to go in but would be a neat fit! And still keeping it Toyota as well.

Engine swaps is big money and heaps of time the car is off the road. I would put the century motor if money was no object. I wouldn't do an holden v8 because I would hate to do all that work getting it in there just to pull it out to replace the rear main.
If you are thinking along these lines sell your 1uz and buy a 1jz soarer. The engine swap has already been done for you. Spend a bit of coin and get 300rwkw. Easy. Or you could drop in a 2j-gte...

What a joke! I'm sure it's but not $20k good. Why would you pay $20k for an engine that's so cheap to buy even if you do break one. A stock 1uz will handle what I want to do with it. So far its handled the m90 for 7 or so years

Look at the 2UR-GSE.. 5.0 quad cam V8 found in the Lexus IS-F and RC-F 310kw's in IS-F guise, and in the RC-F, makes 350kw's. All-alloy quad-cam, 32-valve with high-flow cylinder heads, dual VVT-I with electric VVT-iE inlet camshaft actuation, titanium inlet valves, high-lift camshafts, dual D-4S fuel injection, dual intake air system, tuned length surge tank.
Based on similar architecture to the UZ series engines, with all the modern updates to it. I don't think it would require much modification to drop in, as it probably retains the same or similar engine mounts/position to the UZ motors.
Only difficulty would be finding one. Just imagine a 1UZ but more modern and you're on the money. Here's a video from my good mates IS-F when we were out having a play in it the other day.
I did some highway pulls against the IS-F the other night, and the V8's instant torque really helps. It was roughly a car length ahead of my daily driver twin turbo, which has split dumps, dual 2.5 exhaust, an e-manage blue, kurts intakes, GTR front mount intercooler, and an MV-auto's shift kit. So the IS-F is clearly no slouch.

Certainly is Scott. Well made, and reliable - the car isn't too big and doesn't scream 'look at me' yet packs a potent punch thanks to a very modern 5.0 V8, and a well sorted 8 speed gearbox with flappy paddles.
Sits mid-range when compared with the (now out of production) C63 and BMW M3.. (both replaced with now smaller turbo'ed motors) Bigger motor than the M3's 4.0 V8, and smaller than the Merc's 6.2

I was going to go for a 3UZ-FE in my JZZ31 as a custom V8 build.
200kw at the wheels / 1600kg and manual - would have been great!
But a UZZ32 came up for sale so I had to buy it!
I also considered a 1GZ V12 but the first fitment issue is the oil pump/gear hangs down exactly where the sway bar is in the Soarer engine bay so straight away it gets pretty complicated. It's also a tall engine so you need to get it to sit as low as possible.
In hindsight a well refreshed and spruced up 1UZ-FE with a whipple supercharger would probably be the best way to get a powerful motor. Engine conversions would cost about the same!
