This conversation on air bags vs struts has gone all over the place since it started. But the whole coilover thing being a "rip off" is total rubbish as im sure many of the members of this forum run coilovers on there Soarers. I realize that some might just want a stock ride but i don't think that you should knock coilovers just cause you prefer a plain old stock ride. If you care what i think or not i couldn't care less, these aren't just luxury cars there also one of the best sport cars ever maid, to end my rant, coilovers are way better than stock struts . Just my two cents.

I have faith in Tom. He knows a lot about Soarers. I know because he had fixed a few things before for me and I have seen some of the things he had done to his Soarer.

Just to resurrect this thread - I installed BC coil overs a couple of years ago into my VVT-i and I've been very happy with them. However, one has developed a bit of a squelchy sound so I'd like to take it somewhere to be checked out. Any recommendations of a good suspension place on the east side of Melbourne?
