My V8 when first started has a 200-400rpm idle, and will stall when coming to a stop for the first 5 minutes of driving. Afterwards it is fine, will not stall, but idle is still low.
I've replaced IACV twice, one brand new unit. I've cleaned TB and so on. From what I read, the only thing that controls idle is IACV, TPS, and ECU. Am i missing anything here?

Fix the power steering pump asap. It will eventually destroy alternator and you will be up for a bigger repair bill. If you can take off the power steering pump yourself take it for a rebuild and put it back on. Cheapest way and alternator should be fine.

Stalling is likely the ECU dying. Went through the same thing. ECU died after replacing IACV a few times, tps, sensors. "It's always the ECU in a Soarer".
