please can some one tell me how to remove the distributer cap and does it have to do anythng with timing?

Which one, as in the left one, or the right one?
You basically have to remove almost every plastic cover on the motor to get them off.
Enjoy.
And ignore the timing on this motor, it can't be changed without aftermarket equipment.
