How do I remove the coolant sensor to get access to the O-ring? I'm up for a coolant change and want to change out the leaky seal while I'm at it.

Thanks.

Unplug the wire and detach the clip from the bracket alongside the radiator.

Carefully lift the rubber cover up. Mine has some really sticky snot stuff under it, not sure if that is from the factory or not. You can then unscrew the sender, I used some multi-grips.

Ok. Thanks. The only snotty stuff on mine is where the wire goes into the sensor. I'll have a crack at it after work.
