Hey guys just ran my car at the creek last night managed a 13.1 sec pass @ 110 MPH. That on 5 psi and street tyres. I should be going back soon with 14 psi and slicks so the TT boys better watch out, the V8s are catching up hehe

my sixty foot time was 2.1 sec. not that great but slicks will fix that. suprisingly it hasnt cost me that much. i did all the work on my own so it cut down heaps on the cost. to boost it now will cost almost nothing and then it will be a machine. one thing i did notice it that i kept hitting rev limiter because the auto changed too slow it has got a stage 1 shift kit, has anyone looked into a manual valve body

Hehe, we can bolt on boost, but you can't bolt on an extra two cylinders. (although Lew's bolting on an extra six) |

M90 = 1.5 ltr M112 = 1.87ltr Little cooler on a tad more boost Opcon = 1.5ltr,, but cooler charge air. ( And Expensive )

I think the max safe internal RPM for these units is about 14,000rpm. Its tough matching the belt ratio so you dont overdrive it too far, especially if you push the v8 past 7k often How much boost are you aiming for Neil? Since you're intercooled it wont make a huge difference paying for the opcon.

neil how about a opcon 1.8? how do you think that will react with the 1uz? after reading up about twin screw vs roots blowers thees no way id go anywhere near a roots type blower despite the cost difference. Also have you got any intercooling system planned? Water injection seems to yield good results

I have heard of guys using the 1Uz with twin turbo setup producing 20-25psi on standard bottom ends and making over 500rwhp through auto trannies! Cant wait to see Gianni's car at WSID. Would love to be next to him when he runs the elusive 12 even if it means i lose,Haha! Cause any Soarer ROCKS
