I'll type them up later tonight. instructions are in the car which my wife is using .

Not difficult, just take your time.
Tools you need:
10 12 13 15 17mm spanners (from memory)
flat and hex screwdriver
long nose and normal pliers (helps to remove electrical conectors)
vice grips
I blocked off hoses when i disconneted them to reduce the amount of fluid i would have to lie in.

Get some 10mm air hose (reinforced) because you will probably have to cut away the looped hose by the radiator fan. i find that some of the hoses on the soarer get rock hard with age and you have to cut them off to get them off. softer pipe will kink when you bend it , the air hose wont.

good luck

1. remove battery
2. remove plastic engine covers underneath
3.drain coolant
4. remove radiator reservoir tank (top tank where you put fluid in)
5. disconnect top and bottom radiator hoses
6. disconnect oil cooler hoses (underneath) (plug them to reduce oil dripping
7. remove both hoses from hydraulic motor (the looped one will probably be hard as rock, cut it off and when you reassemble, use 10mm gates air hose which is reinforced. I picked up about about 200mm worth from couplers in malaga for $2

8.disconnect cooling fan inlet pipe from fan shroud(metal pipe that attaches to hydraulic motor
9.disconnected cooling fan fluid tank (on rhs, battery side)
10. disconnect ect sensor connector - you will see it easily when you remove the cooling fan fluid tank
11. remove 4 bolts that hold radiator in place and remove the front black plastic strip that (has screws holding it and it is in front of radiator)
12. check that any thing attached to radiator has been disconnected
13 tilt radiator slightly back and gently jiggle it out
14. remove fan shroud from radiator (5 bolts)
15 buy some foam strips that you can use to replace the gunged foam that used to run around the radiator and the shroud. You will see what i mean when you remove the radiator and shroud!

enjoy!
